We missed being with our family again this year for Thanksgiving, but enjoyed the company of some great friends here in Maryland. About 7 families got together this year to share an incredible meal. Lance says it looked like a scene from The Village when most of us were seated around the massive dining room table.

I could use some of those leftovers tonight.... that was a blast. I am so glad that we went too. I, for one, am glad that you all were in town for Thanksgiving. After all, who would've gotten the shot of the incredible ham carving experience!
I think the wooden walls contribute to the feeling of the "Village". It looks like lots of fun! I'm glad you guys had a great time. Poor Rachel, having to sit at the kid table. I remember that...I can hardly believe that I am allowed to sit at the adult table...I never thought that would happen.
